Maxwell Telecare is easy to implement. We do onsite implementation and are available to staff via phone. 


Although we can connect to a provider’s electronic medical records (EMR) system, it involves minimal IT support.

We provide your facility with the diagnostic tools

We provide, at no charge to the facility, a customizable, portable telemedicine cart or mobile kit with HD, zoomable camera and state-of-the-art Bluetooth diagnostic equipment such as stethoscope, otoscope, pulse oximeter and blood pressure cuff.

Our physicians connect with your patients instantly

The device connects instantly to a primary care doctor who is assigned to the facility, is on call and knows the patients.

 

He or she assesses the patient, diagnoses and recommends treatment.

Patients' data is stored securely in the electronic health record.

Nurses or other qualified staff help collect vitals for care management. A remote vitals kit is provided for each patient. This stops the potential for cross-contamination via vitals being taken with equipment going from room to room. The vitals are mapped into the EMR automatically, and then reviewed by physicians.
